Site Survey

Recommendations

     After we complete our thorough internal and external survey we will provide you will a detailed account of what we found. An itemized list of every inspection point and the results will be prepared for you. Along with this report we will also include our recommendations to get you compliant as efficiently as possible. With these recommendations you could take them to your own internal IT department, another general IT contractor, or stay with the Medical IT professionals at DeeDoc.

 

Proposal

     If you chose to stay with DeeDoc we will provide you with a detailed proposal and implementation plan that will outline for you the problem and the best practices solution to meet your specific needs. Our proposals include the total price, projected hours, and projected interruption to service for each specific item. You will also be able to pick and chose what proposals you want to implement based on your own business and time needs. We also offer off hours labor to minimize disruption to your practice.

 

Implementation

     DeeDoc employs only the most qualified and professional staff to implement your solutions. We configure and test as much as possible at our lab so there are no surprises when we arrive on site. We go to great lengths to ensure that all our solutions work right the first time and integrate into your existing systems quickly and properly.
